Balance strength & fitness center

I have been a member of Balance Strength and fitness and did personal training sessions with Scott for many years. Scott helped me reach my fitness and dietary goals. He is one of the top personal trainers in the state and the gym is always adding new equipment and classes. If you have not checked it out your are missing out.

I have been a part of this gym for approximately 5 years. It was the best decision I made. When you go to Balance Strength & Fitness, you are not just a member, but part of the family. The facility is always clean and the staff is always friendly. The classes that are offered are awesome and it doesn't matter if you are advanced, intermediate, or beginner. The classes are tailored for any fitness level. I would recommend this fitness center any day of the week hands down over any other fitness facility! Scott really cares about the gym members, and it shows.

I love this gym! I started out just going to the HIIT and Strength & Muscle fitness classes but moved up to an unlimited class/gym membership. All the membership options are reasonably priced! When I first joined, I did not have much experience with weight training, but now I feel confident lifting on my own. Scott does an amazing job modifying workouts to your needs, always considering any injuries or areas you want to target/need to work on more. The space is clean and set up well, with plenty of cardio, machine, and free weight options. I love that it is a family owned and run business, this definitely translates to how they care for and treat their members!

I wish I found this gym sooner. So much better than retro or planet. The staff makes you feel welcome every time you walk through the door. It’s family owned so they like to make you feel like part of the family. They have everything you could think of and then some. Scott (the owner) has tons of experience for one on one personal training and offers some pretty awesome classes too. Once this pandemic settles down you should come in and give it a try. No crowds, no taken equipment, no worries!
